Puretone
Learning & Development Day 2005
|
Brands Hatch was the
exciting venue for Puretone’s CPD/CUE accredited Learning & Development
Day.
Robert Rendell (Seabrook
Audiology) delivered talks on noise protection and hearing aid selection, which
were extremely well received by all delegates.
Puretone’s Managing
Director, Baz Choudhry, conducted an information-packed presentation on
Puretone’s latest digital hearing systems, including a summarisation of the
unique features of the DAC4 digital circuitry and the new digital EnigmA
BTE. Delegates regarded the
presentation as greatly relevant in today’s highly charged market.
After lunch, concentration was focused to the racetrack with a Go-Karting Grand
Prix. After a brisk warm-up (and the
occasional spinning kart!) teams were formed and a relay race was run. The competitive spirit continued unabated
into the main races of the afternoon with Nigel Thompson motoring into 1st place, followed by Chris Carr (2nd) and Roger Tabberer (3rd). Congratulations to all who took part! See you at our next event.
